Organic and Natural Enterprise Group (or ONEgroup) is the parent company of Miessence and is based in Queensland, Australia. ONEGroup’s pioneering willingness to leap into uncharted territories and revolutionize organic cosmetics resulted in three unique brands – Miessence®; MiVitality® healthcare and MiEnviron for the home®.

The ONEGroup Story

Today the ONE Group story involves thousands of people in many countries. Like many stories it began simply – with three individuals discovering a shared passion and dream about a grassroots, education based movement featuring truly organic products.

Alf has been involved internationally in the organic and health industry for over twenty years. His experience in organic certification had exposed him to a huge array of products and initiatives. His interest was captured when sampling Miessence at an expo where Narelle was an exhibiting her products.

From the texture, the smell and the truly organic ingredients Alf knew that he had found something quite unique in the Miessence products. Narelle had not only created quality and effective products but had accomplished what many thought impossible – a system of emulsifying and preserving products without any synthetic chemicals.

The combination of Narelle & Colin’s breakthrough products and Alf’s expertise took Miessence to the next level. Together they embarked on the exhaustive process of obtaining organic certification for the range. The process took more than three years of tireless work, but Narelle persevered and achieved organic food grade certification for her product line. It was a world’s first for any cosmetic product to attain organic certification and a huge accomplishment for Miessence.

ONEGroup explored its options for growth. With all the confusion and deception occurring in the organic product industry, it seemed an education based word of mouth campaign was the ideal marketing for Miessence products. ONEGroup worked directly with a business development partner named John Hunter to further define its goals. With over two decades of experience in network marketing, John’s vast knowledge combined with Alf’s experience in traditional retail, led to the development of ONE Group’s unique business model, which was named the Multi Channel Enterprise.

The model has a foundation of network marketing with the addition of home shopping, retail, e-commerce, and fundraising. This unique combination makes the ONE Group model truly versatile and maximizes income for its representatives.
